In brief

Situational leadership starts with conscious behaviour. In the Situational Leadership training, you’ll learn how to apply different leadership styles effectively. You’ll explore your personal preferences, receive feedback on your behaviour, and practise with realistic, recognisable workplace situations.

You’ll learn how to switch between directing, guiding, coaching, and letting go, depending on the needs of the other person. The result? Motivating and effective leadership, stronger collaboration, and less frustration on both sides.

For whom?

This leadership training is designed for managers, team leaders, project managers, and professionals with a managerial role. After all, every team member requires a different approach.

Would you like to better align your leadership with the people you work with and switch between styles with greater confidence?

You’ve come to the right place. Whether you’re new to management or have years of experience.

What will you learn?

During the Situational Leadership training, you’ll gain insight into your preferred leadership style and discover where this style tends to dominate, both consciously and unconsciously. You’ll work with the Influence Model® and the Situational Leadership Model developed by Hersey & Blanchard.

Through extensive practice, you’ll learn how to move smoothly between different leadership styles. From being clear and directive to coaching and inviting, the right approach helps you get more out of every conversation. This is how you develop flexible and effective leadership.

In short, you’ll learn how to lead with focus and connection, adapting your style to your goal, the situation and the person in front of you.

You’ll leave the training with practical insights that you can apply immediately in your day-to-day work.

This is what your training days will look like

Day 1

You’ll analyse your talents, leadership styles, and preferred behaviours. Using the theory behind the Influence Model®, you’ll work on various conversations with employees and situations involving resistance.

Day 2

You’ll be introduced to Hersey and Blanchard’s Situational Leadership theory and explore how to manage, guide, or coach your team members based on their needs.

Day 3

You’ll apply everything you’ve learned to a real-life situation from your own practice, working with a professional actor. This makes the scenarios highly realistic and helps you get even more value from the training. You’ll finish by creating a personal action plan: how will you apply what you’ve learned in practice?
