ISO-certified

Since 1995, Bureau Zuidema has been officially ISO 9001 certified—the international standard for quality management. This year, EIK Certificering has again successfully recertified us. Bureau Zuidema stands for professionalism, quality, and genuine care. We make promises, and we keep them. Ultimately, it’s all about empowering as many people as possible with real influence!

NRTO Quality Mark

Bureau Zuidema holds the NRTO Quality Mark—a recognition of excellence and professionalism in the private training sector. This certification demonstrates our compliance with high standards in transparency about our products and services, effective customer service, professional conduct with clients, and staff expertise.

Bureau Zuidema endorses the NRTO Code of Conduct. The NRTO Quality Mark is issued by the Dutch Council for Training and Education (NRTO), the industry association for private education providers.
