Green light for trainings in our Safety Bubble
From Wednesday March 3 we train again in our Safety Bubble of our own training location the House of Influence. This is where you can train safely and responsibly with extra safety measurements as a corona quick test and an obligatory overnight stay.
External locations closed until March 14
The tightened measures of February 23 state that trainings can only be done on our own location, the House of Influence. Our external locations remain closed until March 31. What guarantees do we offer you?
- Do you currently have Corona, have similar symptoms or are you at risk of a possible infection? We wish you a quick recovery and we will of course be happy to change you to another course without any extra charge.
- You can switch at all times. From training on location to virtual training. Notify us in ahead of time, so we can arrange this for you. Discover what you can expect from online learning at Zuidema.
- Depending on the circumstances you can change dates free of charge. We are flexible. If you stick to our guideline of 4 weeks, we don’t have to incur costs we then have to pass on. These costs could be regarding hotel stays, meals, etc.
Your successful learning experience is key. We will do our utmost to ensure this.
How do we train in our Safety Bubble?
Safety first. For you, for our trainers, for everybody. We work according to the strict RIVM guidelines and the NRTO protocols. For our own location, approval from the safety region is required.
- All rooms have been refurbished in such a way that you sit comfortably and safely with enough moving space.
- We work according to the ‘safety bubble’ principle: groups have fixed meeting rooms and as little interaction as possible with other people.
- Fixed rerouted walking routes have been established.
- Naturally a lot of attention has been given to hygiene. Hygiene products are available everywhere. Extra cleaning is also organised, especially focusing on points of contact like doorknobs, tables, etc. Breaks and meals are all organised according to fixed schedules.
- You are welcome if you are healthy. When in doubt or with symptoms: stay home.
- Check your temperature as often as you like. Forehead thermometers are available.
To reduce travelling to and from the training location, we advise strongly to stay overnight.
From Wednesday March 3 we are allowed to train again in our House of Influence. The sector’s organization has given permission to train when a training company has its own training location and ofcourse as long as the rules for the corona virus set by the RIVM are followd stricktly. You are more than welcome to start you training in our Zuidema Safety Bubble!

We organise the Zuidema Safety Bubble in our own training location: the House of Influence (HOI). In collaboration with Hotel De Bilderberg we make sure that you can responsibly learn in the safety of your own group. The HOI is located in a great place in the Oosterbeek forest, shielded from the outside world as much as possible.
Before entering the Zuidema Safety Bubble, you and your fellow participants are tested preventively onsite. During the training you and your group have as little contact as possible with the outside world. Your training courses keep to the 1,5-metre guideline.
Since the tightened measures of February 23, our training courses on external locations will start from March 31. Our Customer Service would be delighted to answer any questions you might have.
There is a big chance that our trainings on an external location will be postphoned. If your training on location falls withing this prolongation with closing, we will contact you. You can chose to switch to online or you can change your training to another date within this year.
We notice that a lot people want to follow our trainings on location. Our trainings in March and April are practically full. In case you are faced with a waiting list, contact us to check out what is possible.
We offer online trainings. At all times you can switch from a training on location to an online training. Please advise us in advance, so we can arrange this for you.
We are doing everything to conduct our trainings in a safe manner and comply a strict protocol following the guidelines of the RIVM. All meeting rooms have been refurbished to comply with the RIVM 1,5 meters distance rule. During the training fixed meeting rooms are assigned to each group. Extra cleaning is also organised, especially focusing on points of contact like doorknobs, tables, etc.
When more groups are using the training facility at the same time, we ensure they cross paths as little as possible. Fixed walking routes have been established and breaks have been scheduled. Necessary guidelines regarding catering and hotel stays have also been implemented.
Our training groups never exceed the maximum of a total of 30 people inside. You will be in a group of a maximum of nine, fourteen or eighteen people depending on the size of the meeting room. We make sure not too many people are present in a training group. Trainings go ahead with a minimum of six participants.
Together we build a safe training environment, That’s why we ask you to assume responsibility. We would like to agree on several things with you as a participant.
During training, our groups have fixed meeting rooms and break-out rooms at their disposal. Inside the premises face masks aren’t obligatory. When you move between rooms or to another location, or if you are in public spaces, you are supposed to wear face masks. This means on your way to your room, or when you visit the coffee corner, go to lunch, etc.
Clear instructions are available on our training locations. Furthermore we ask you to take group members’ wishes into account. Together we will have a safe training.
The moment you become ill during the training, you are asked to leave and contact the GGD to have yourself tested. We will contact you on how to complete the training course.
