I am very happy with Karen, she is a great listener and she gives good tips. I am very happy with the group, very interactive, diversed, judicious and constructive. House of influence is great, gives a home feeling. The first two days were theoretical and felt that I missed the link with other models I have learnt but the past three days with the role plays and exercise, I am not sure that I even needed to make the link, all models are simply tools we can use to develop ourselves.
