The training is fully booked. You can still register, but please note: you’re not guaranteed a spot. Participants who already placed an option on the training have priority. If a spot opens up, we’ll contact the next person on the waiting list.

Influential Communication Programme
A well-designed and dynamic programme where you accomplish a lot in just two days. Because it’s a two-day training, there is slightly less time to practise.
You’ll practise meta-communication: switching between influence styles during a conversation and naming what’s happening beyond the content – such as relationship, emotion, procedure, and interests.
The training concludes with a personal case you’ll practise with a professional training actor – a powerful step towards your real-life context.
You’ll practise less than in the Personal Influence Programme, but enough to clearly experience where your current approach falls short and what you could do differently.

Personal Influence Programme
An intensive 5- or 6-day training that gives you deep insight into your personal communication style. You’ll learn how to be more effective in situations you choose yourself.
The biggest difference with Influential Communication is the amount of practice: the longer format gives you far more time to apply and internalise the styles. You’ll truly experience the impact of changing your communication approach.
You’ll get the space and support to make your new communication habits second nature – so you can return to work with renewed confidence and clarity.”

You can start preparing four weeks (28 days) before your programme begins. You’ll automatically receive an invitation to access the Zuidema Influence HUB®. This cannot be sent earlier.
Preparation takes about 1.5 hours. You’ll also have the option to invite up to seven people — from your professional or personal network — to provide feedback. All you need is their email address.

No need to bring a laptop. During the training, you’ll receive an iPad or a printed training manual.

The training times vary per programme. Most training days start between 09:00h and 10:00h.
Multi-day programmes often include an evening session until 20:00h, followed by dinner. The final day typically ends around 17:00h. After registering, you’ll receive the full programme schedule. You’ll also find the times in the Zuidema Influence HUB®.

The training consists of 20% solid theory and 80% practical exercises. We break the theory down into digestible chunks, so you can immediately apply it to increasingly challenging situations. The goal is: do something differently tomorrow than you did today.

The arrangement costs allows you to fully focus on your development. Our hosts provide delicious snacks, drinks, and meals at a unique training location that enhances your learning experience. This way, you can relax and participate in the training without any worries.

You’ve successfully completed our training programme, congratulations! You can download the certificate as a PDF from the Zuidema Influence HUB®. If you can’t access the Influence Hub and would like to receive a certificate, please contact our Customer Service.

We work with experienced, top-notch trainers. They have at least 1,000 flight hours before leading a group alone. They have diverse backgrounds. With our experience, we ensure the trainer is a good fit for your industry, organization, and type of request.

In our BZ Academy, we train our trainers to become true Influence Experts. They know exactly what each participant needs to reach their full potential.

The content of both programme variants is the same. Choose the version that suits your agenda or learning style. The 1×5-day format is more intensive and offers full immersion by taking you away from daily life. The 2×3-day format allows a month in between to test your progress and apply what you’ve learned in practice.

Our programme is truly unique – unlike anything you’ll find elsewhere. It’s not about the price, but about the value you gain. The most common response we hear from participants: “I wish I’d known this sooner!”. We offer life-changing insights you can apply immediately.

Around 3 to 4 years of work experience is ideal — but it’s not a strict requirement. What matters is that you’ve had some real-life successes and setbacks, and that you’re willing to reflect and grow. A desire to reach more and do better is a great reason to participate.

Once the proposal is confirmed, our project managers will work with you to schedule the training.
Keep in mind: participants will need about four weeks to prepare.

Standard VAT rates:
We charge 21% VAT on training and packages, and 9% VAT on overnight stays.
Your organisation can reclaim this from the tax authorities.

Is your organisation VAT-liable? Then this is the right option for you.

VAT exemption is available if your organisation qualifies.
This applies, for example, to foundations, associations, charities, and private individuals.
In that case, select the option “My organisation would like a VAT-exempt invoice” on the registration form.
A 10% VAT correction fee applies.

We are registered with the CRKBO, allowing us to offer VAT-exempt training.

A VAT-exempt invoice is only possible if your employer cannot reclaim VAT.

The Influence Hub is our digital learning platform. This is where your training program begins, with an intake and (if applicable) an online 360-degree assessment. You’ll also find all the information about your training in the Hub: dates, times, locations, and preparation. After completing the program, you can also download your certificate here.

You’ll receive access to the Zuidema Influence HUB® four weeks (28 days) before your programme begins. This is automatically arranged. Therefore, you won’t receive your questionnaire any earlier. Unable to prepare in the weeks leading up to your training? Make sure you’ve invited your Influence Supporters so they have the opportunity to complete the questionnaire. For your own components -the intake and questionnaire- allow 1 to 1.5 hours of preparation time.
