Learning is to be constantly looking around, being amazed about what you see and question yourself how you can learn from it. Based on this vision, Bureau Zuidema develops training and development programmes for managers and professionals and helps to develop this field of expertise. In our Learning in Development programme we combine our knowledge of education and development. Besides our customized solutions, such as training and coaching we offer an open training programme for professionals in Human Resource Management who are considering becoming trainer or coach.

The Added Value of Human Performance Technology for Life Long Learning ihas been a European project in which eleven organizations in six countries tested the implementation of performance oriented training. This paper was presented during the AHRD Conference in Tilburg, May 2005.
