PROGRAMME
One of the essential parts of good leadership is to influence others from a variety of roles. This takes place in the present, initiating developments needed in the future. The role of coach is one of the roles a leader uses to influence others. The coach guides and motivates management and employees to use their talents to achieve their full potential and optimally fit their role within the organization.
This training focuses on the leader’s role as coach, with the objective to help others to optimize their performance. You will learn in what way you already use coaching techniques in your style of leadership and how to further enhance your coaching skills to improve results. Eventually coaching leadership, if practised in the right context, leads to highly motivated people, higher quality of work and better results.

After attending this training you will be able to adjust your style of leadership to the needs of your employees, to help them obtain better results in their work. You will be able to coach them and make these coaching sessions a part of your tasks and responsibilities as manager.
