Our vision on employee participation

Engaged employees form an important basis of healthy and successful organisation. Whenever employees get the chance to have a say and are able to participate in the organisation, their talents will develop which stimulates the growth of the organisation. In this way Bureau Zuidema wants to stimulate employee participation. 

We help works councils to become advisory bodies that have an added value for the organisation. We try to achieve that by training, coaching and consultancy. We will meet up to the goals of the organisation and the level of competence of the works council.
